How credits work

One balance for the company
Credits belong to your company, not a person. Everyone with AI access draws from the same balance.
Auto-recharge, if you want it
Pick a threshold and a pack. When the balance falls below it, we top it up from your saved card.
Low-balance alerts
Administrators get an email before credits run out, so the AI never stops mid-bid.
Usage by person and day
See who used how many credits, on which tier, and when, from your dashboard.
No expiry while you're subscribed
Unused credits carry over month to month for as long as your subscription is active.
Never charged without asking
The app shows the expected credits before a scan, and nothing runs until someone clicks.

AI credit questions

Do I have to buy credits?

No. Every non-AI feature works without them. Credits are only needed for drawing scans, estimate reviews and proposal drafting.

Are any credits included?

Yes. New companies get 500 credits to try the AI features, enough for about 10 sheet scans.

What's the difference between the tiers?

Standard is fast and accurate for nearly everything. Precision takes more care on dense or unusual sheets and uses about twice the credits. Each estimator picks a tier in the app's settings.

Who can buy credits?

Company administrators, from the dashboard or straight from the app. Every purchase comes with an invoice.

What happens when credits run out?

AI actions pause until credits are added; nothing else is affected. With auto-recharge on, it doesn't happen.

Are credits refundable?

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law, and used credits are never refunded. They don't expire while your subscription is active. See our refund and cancellation policy.
